Tirupat Xchanger facilitates the exchange of Indian Rupees (INR) for Tether (USDT) and back, using UPI and bank transfer as payment rails. We act as a counterparty for each swap at the rate displayed at the time your transaction is confirmed.
Displayed exchange rates are indicative and update continuously based on market conditions. The rate locked in at the moment you confirm a swap is the rate applied to that transaction. Any fees are disclosed before you confirm — we do not add charges after the fact.
Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are shown on the exchange screen and may vary by payment method or verification tier. We may adjust these limits at any time to manage liquidity or comply with regulatory requirements.
You may not use Tirupat Xchanger for money laundering, financing of terrorism, fraud, or any transaction involving funds or assets derived from illegal activity. We reserve the right to request additional verification, delay, or decline any transaction we reasonably suspect violates this section, and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Tirupat Xchanger is not liable for losses arising from market volatility between the time you initiate and complete a transaction, delays caused by third-party banking or blockchain networks, or losses resulting from incorrect information you provided.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for any account involved in suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms, with or without notice where required by law or regulatory direction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
